Sheila J. Duffy - President and Founder

sheila-duffy2Sheila Duffy is the Founder and President of Greystones Group, LLC (GG). With over 20 years of management experience with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and start ups, Ms. Duffy brings a wealth of strategic and entrepreneurial expertise in a variety of marketing and technology disciplines.
Prior to founding GG, Sheila held executive positions at Verizon (Bell Atlantic) as well as several Internet start ups. Highlights of her career include directing marketing for the Video on Demand trial (a precursor to FIOS) at Verizon, one of the first commercial Video on Demand trials in the country. Prior to this role, Sheila was selected for a competitive task force reporting to the Office of the Chairman. In this position, Sheila worked with executives of company business units to develop competitive marketing and operational strategies. She worked with the Wharton School to develop a computer simulation model of the telecommunications industry, used to determine the impact of competitive strategies on market share and revenue.

Sheila serves as an adjunct professor of marketing at George Mason University and is a frequent guest lecturer. Sheila served as Treasurer for the National Board of WICT (Women in Cable and Telecommunications). She has also served on the William and Mary Admissions council and as a member of CTAM (Cable Television and Marketing).

Sheila graduated with a B.S. from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. She also holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Mary Sara Camerino

Ms. Camerino brings over 10 years of international consumer technology product development and IT consulting experience to her clients.

She has worked for Fortune 50 Companies, civilian government agencies and the Department of Defense. She can support a variety of projects, but specializes in planning, launching and managing of multimedia and security products.

Ms. Camerino’s career began with Electronic Data Systems. After a short stint as a technical recruiter specializing in the selection of hard-to-find candidates through Behavior Interviewing®, Mary-Sara lent her talents to the National Guard Bureau’s Distance Learning Project (NGBDLP). She acted as a regional team leader for the NGBDLP. With her team, she planned for and deployed over 20 high-end distance learning classrooms in their region.  This successful deployment was the first ever of its kind for the Army National Guard, and is still in use today.

More recently, Ms. Camerino was a Principal Product Manager at America Online Inc. Several of Ms. Camerino’s projects at AOL gained national recognition for providing world class security products to the AOL membership.

Ms. Camerino graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Information Technology concentrating in e-commerce and advanced technologies. She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.

Ms. Camerino is an active member of Women in Technology (WIT) and the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA). Ms. Camerino is also a member of the Johns Hopkins University chapter of Alpha Iota Mu (AIM).

Donald Crabtree

don-crabtreeDonald Crabtree, (CSM E-9) U.S. Army Reserve (Retired), Senior Director of Military & Law Enforcement Operations at Greystones Group, brings over 30 years of civilian law enforcement, military and DOD contracting experience with a focus in operations management and training.

He has served tours in Afghanistan and Iraq supporting “Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force” and “Operation Iraqi Freedom” as a Senior Advisor for the language mission for INSCOM (United States Army Intelligence and Security Command.) Mr. Crabtree had lead responsibility for a $160 million dollar DOD program in Iraq and Afghanistan during military combat operations.

Mr. Crabtree has held positions as Senior Director of Military/Law Enforcement Operations and as a Training Program Manager for prominent law enforcement agencies in California. He has a wide range of experience in developing and providing specialized law enforcement training to include SWAT, EOD, K-9 Detection Dogs, Investigations, and Jail Operations.

Mr. Crabtree holds a M.A. in Administration with a B.A. in Theology. He has a lifetime teaching credential in the State of California from UCLA to instruct in the area of Criminal Justice.

Mr. Crabtree holds a Department of Defense (DOD) Active TOP SECRET clearance.

Alice M. Maass

alice-maassAlice M. Maass brings over 20 years of experience in federal government contract administration, subcontract administration, contract negotiation, program control and financial management to Greystones Group.

Ms. Maass has a wide range of executive level experience in government contracting work, with key roles at multi-national companies such as L-3 Communications Corporation, Worldwide Information Networks Systems Inc, STG Inc, and TCS Translations. She has had primary responsibility for managing and developing multi-billion proposals and has directed contract administration for $350+ million in annual programs.

Her experience includes a detailed knowledge of federal government acquisition procedures and regulations (FAR and A.M.S.) and agency supplements (DFARS, HHSAR, AIDAR, GSAR), as well as exposure to international contracts with FCPA and ITAR requirements.

Her broad and deep experience in pre-solicitation analysis, proposal development and contract administration helps GCG achieve strong growth while maintaining a highly competitive rate structure. She has managed solicitation analyses to evaluate company risk, determined successful pricing strategies and developed indirect cost pools for competitive pricing for CPFF, CPAF, FFP and T&M type proposals. Her contract administration experience includes term administration, completion, level of effort, delivery order and task order type contracts, contract change negotiations, economic price adjustments, intellectual property rights, control of deliverables and contract close-out procedures. Ms. Maass is also well-versed in all aspects of subcontracting.

Ms. Maass holds a B.S. in Business Management from LaSalle University. She currently serves as an active member of the National Contract Management Association. Ms. Maass spent her childhood in the Federal Republic of Germany, and is fluent in German.

Carol Wolinsky

carol-wolinsky2With over twenty years of research experience, Ms. Wolinsky has demonstrated expertise in determining the appropriate research techniques for solving complex marketing problems. She has extensive experience in all forms of data collection, including online, telephone and in-person interviewing and applies these techniques to address concerns in a variety of industries, including hospitality, telecommunications, Internet/broadband services, Internet security services, cable and satellite TV.

Previously, Ms. Wolinsky was the Group Manager of Market Research at Verizon. Responsible for completing over 100 studies annually at a value in excess of $2 million, she directed all marketing research for new and growth products in the consumer and small/medium business markets.

Ms. Wolinsky also worked at: Applied Management Sciences, where she conducted research on the effectiveness of federal government programs; at Technical Assistance and Training Corporation, where she trained managers of state and local employment and training programs; and at the Maryland Department of State Planning, where she managed a project to coordinate the work of all state human services agencies.

Ms. Wolinsky is a member of the American Marketing Association and serves on the Market Research committee of the Washington, DC Chapter. She has been a presenter at various industry forums.

Ms. Wolinsky earned a Graduate Certificate in Market Research from American University and holds a Master of Science Degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The City College of New York.
