Communications is the key element to responsiveness, providing a single point of contact and access to all levels of management. Monthly reports and meetings are used to provide timely status of the tasks and potential problems and problem resolution or mitigation.
Greystones program and project managers are very capable and have very good experience in the management of programs and tasks. Each program has a plan with milestones that are used to track progress. The management provides real time input into the plan and manages their resources accordingly to meet program requirements.
Given what I know today about the Contractor’s ability to execute what they promised in their proposal, I definitely would award to them today given that I had a choice.”
