Sheila J. Duffy - President and Founder

Sheila Duffy is the founder of Greystones Consulting Group. With over 20 years experience with both Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, Ms. Duffy provides both strategic and tactical expertise in a variety of marketing and technology disciplines.

Ms. Duffy has directed the following projects while at Greystones Consulting:

  • Creation of a new product ideation process for new consumer and small business services
  • Development of a product and product marketing strategy for consumer and small business Internet security services suite
  • Development of system requirements, and follow on system implementation for new Internet services
  • Creation of a multi-dimensional digital certificate services market segmentation and pricing model
  • Development of a competitive analysis of the digital certificate services market
  • Development of a ranking model for prioritization of countries for global launch of multi-lingual domain name services
  • Ongoing management of customer panel research for Internet merchants
  • Management of human factors research for Web-based applications
  • Development of sales collateral, including partner marketing tool kits
  • Development of market launch plan for e-commerce product suite to both small business and consumer markets

Ms. Duffy holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from The College of William and Mary. She also serves as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at The George Mason University.


Mary Sara Camerino    Back to top

Ms. Camerino brings over 10 years of international consumer technology product development and IT consulting experience to her clients.

She's worked for Fortune 50 Companies, civilian government agencies and the Department of Defense. Her approach to business is a combination of common sense, cost-effective solutions utilizing best in breed technologies. She can support a variety of projects, but specializes in planning, launching and managing of multimedia and security products.

Ms. Camerino's career began with Electronic Data Systems. After a short stint as a technical recruiter specializing in the selection of hard-to-find candidates through Behavior Interviewing®, Mary-Sara lent her talents to the National Guard Bureau's Distance Learning Project (NGBDLP). She acted as a regional team leader for the NGBDLP. With her team, she planned for and deployed over 20 high-end distance learning classrooms in their region. The classrooms brought training to thousands of soldiers for whom access to training had been limited. This successful deployment was the first ever of its kind for the Army National Guard, and is still in use today.

At Booz, Allen, and Hamilton, Inc. Ms. Camerino served as a senior consultant assisting agencies such as the Department of Labor and the Department of Housing and Urban Development create enterprise architecture plans, which included realistic approaches to the cost effective upgrade of their legacy computer systems.

More recently, Ms. Camerino was a Principal Product Manager at America Online Inc. Several of Ms. Camerino's projects at AOL gained national recognition for providing world class security products to the AOL membership. Of note was Ms. Camerino's full product life cycle ownership of AOL's antivirus project. She was responsible for the creation of a framework in which to launch AOL's first ever security premium service on an internationally. The team Ms. Camerino directed was over 100 people strong and included management of a successful partnership with McAfee, Inc. Completion of the project resulted in AOL's fastest growing premium services with over 2 million subscribers in 18 months.

Ms. Camerino graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Information Technology concentrating in e-commerce and advanced technologies. She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.

Ms. Camerino is an active member of Women in Technology (WIT) and the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA). Ms. Camerino is also a member of the Johns Hopkins University chapter of Alpha Iota Mu (AIM), a professional organization for current and past outstanding students in information technology in which she held a leadership position.

Ms. Maggie Hatfield specializes in bringing consumer insights and marketing best practices to brand development, brand management, strategic marketing, integrated communications, and organizational leadership to her clients. She has extensive experience in partnership management, P&L management, sales, brand and product management and has driven many executive level strategy sessions and proposal evaluations. Maggie is focused on ensuring that the strategies developed deliver results as quickly as possible and is skilled at the creation and execution of tactical plans to achieve those results.

Maggie has gained her experience working for several big brand companies including CompuServe and America Online. During her tenure at these companies she contributed greatly to bottom line revenue and OBIDA goals while also building solid teams to ensure continued success. Maggie also worked in the Business to Business sector with Lexis Nexis, the leading online provider of business and legal information. In that stead, she worked in the Financial Analysis side of the business forecasting revenue and expenses. She then moved over to the sales organization where she was an account executive working with managing partners at large law firms to create strategies for timely and accurate case law research for their clients.

Maggie's strengths come from her years of experience in the multiple disciplines Finance, Sales and Marketing which gives her the ability to understand business needs quickly and see value add opportunities immediately. With her executive level experience, she is able to quickly assess your organization's needs, identify the strengths and challenges, review her findings, recommend a course of action in collaboration with her clients, and work with them to execute efficiently and effectively. Also, having built and managed large teams she is able to help her clients understand key skill sets needed and potential skill gaps to ensure the team is well positioned to execute on the strategy. She will ensure that team members are set up for success so that knowledge can be transferred and immediate results are produced.

Maggie's results oriented approach has transformed departments into high performing organizations leading to the development and execution of innovative, integrated marketing and brand strategies.

Maggie holds an M.B.A degree with a concentration in Marketing from The McGregor School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University. Ms. Hatfield is a member of the American Marketing Association and on the Board for the Loudoun Education Foundation. She is also active in her community and attends many fund raising and culture events. She is also a member of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce. When not working, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys riding horses and the occasional fox hunt.

With over twenty years of research experience, Ms. Wolinsky has demonstrated expertise in determining the appropriate research techniques for solving complex marketing problems. She has extensive experience in all forms of data collection, including online, telephone and in-person interviewing and applies these techniques to address concerns in a variety of industries, including hospitality, telecommunications, Internet/broadband services, Internet security services, cable and satellite TV.

Previously, Ms. Wolinsky was the Group Manager of Market Research at Verizon. Responsible for completing over 100 studies annually at a value in excess of $2 million, she directed all marketing research for new and growth products in the consumer and small/medium business markets.

Ms. Wolinsky also worked at: Applied Management Sciences, where she conducted research on the effectiveness of federal government programs; at Technical Assistance and Training Corporation, where she trained managers of state and local employment and training programs; and at the Maryland Department of State Planning, where she managed a project to coordinate the work of all state human services agencies.

Ms. Wolinsky is a member of the American Marketing Association and serves on the Market Research committee of the Washington, DC Chapter. She has been a presenter at various industry forums.

Ms. Wolinsky earned a Graduate Certificate in Market Research from American University and holds a Master of Science Degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The City College of New York.

Dave Jefferson   Back to top

Dave Jefferson a technology entrepreneur currently serves as an Executive Vice President at Worldwide Information Network Systems where he is responsible for managing sales, marketing and business operations. As a co-founder he has led the growth of the company from start-up to more than $20 million dollars in revenues. Today, WINS has earned a reputation as one of the fastest growing small business IT consulting firms providing services to the federal government.

Prior to founding WINS, Mr. Jefferson was a principal at BigChange Networks an innovative new media company that served Fortune 500 companies such as AOL, TimeWarner, Discovery Communications, and American Express. While serving as the Chief Technology Officer for the company, Mr. Jefferson developed a business and technology platform that delivered context-based Internet advertising.

Mr. Jefferson served as the Director of the Advanced Internet Program and Director of Technology for Highway1, a non-profit consortium of leading high-tech companies whose mission was to educate government about emerging trends in information technology. He is credited as being a key player in helping to initiate Internet 2 and Next Generation Internet demonstrations where government and industry were able to view new Internet technologies and applications that being developed by researchers at universities throughout the world.

He also served as an advisor on advanced Internet technology to companies such as: IBM, Microsoft, Secure Computing, Netscape, Apple, Kodak, Cisco, and AT&T. In his role as Director of Technology for Highway 1 he assisted government CIO’s and Members of Congress in understanding technology in order to make better legislative and procurement decisions. He has been a regular contributor to Government Computing News a leading federal information technology publication.

Mr. Jefferson has also held several other executive positions with Perot Systems Corporation, Pulsar Data Systems and Executive TeleCard. While at Pulsar Data Systems he helped build a $15 million dollar services division for this leading federal systems integration firm.

Mr. Jefferson has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and has completed post graduate course with in business and law.
