Performance Metrics
Greystones created an ROI baseline assessment of existing Educational Outreach Programs for the Office of Naval Research, coordinating and collecting data from over 50 program Performers. Greystones then developed a survey based process for ongoing ROI assessment. This methodology was used as the basis for measuring ongoing performance of Educational Outreach Programs.
Training Simulations Technology Management
Greystones provides program management support to the National Guard Bureau, including the management, coordination and administration of site surveys, training program management and analysis, system engineering, hardware and software configuration, financial management, administrative support and technical advice.
Greystones supports the continued success of NGB training performance for 54 states, territories and the District of Columbia. In addition, Greystones created a tracking system utilizing Microsoft Excel and Guard Knowledge Online (GKO) that identifies, monitors, and maintains more than $300,000,000 worth of equipment.
Information Technology Services
Greystones was tasked to customize an existing NMCI-compliant software application to create a paperless management information/knowledge
management system for the Office of Naval Research, the central authority for U.S. Navy research and development efforts worldwide. This fully secure enterprise grade system has been designed to integrate with existing financial and document management systems to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and create a paperless program management capability. The task included a detailed discovery phase, which outlined use cases and organizational requirements, the development and integration of the system, testing, documentation and training. The system uses the latest in open- source technology, is user-friendly and intuitive. Enhancing user compliance by minimizing end user training requirements, and ensures we not only meet, but also anticipate client needs.

Greystones won the 2009 M Award for Quantitative Research from the DC Chapter of the American Marketing Association – the third largest local chapter of the American Marketing Association.
